Cookies and storage
Short version: we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not follow you around the internet.
What we store on your device
- Your request form. While you fill in a request, we keep what you have typed in your browser so you do not lose it if the page reloads. It disappears when you send it or close the tab.
- A visit counter. On Discover we use a random code in your browser (no name, no contact details) so we can count a view once. It disappears when you close the tab. This helps tradespeople see how their work is doing.
- Businesses you hide. If you tap "Hide this business" on Discover, your browser remembers which businesses you hid, so you stop seeing them. It stays on your device only, and we never see it. Clearing your browser's site data brings them back.
- Staying signed in. The Graftr HQ app for tradespeople keeps you signed in using your phone's secure storage.
What we do not do
No advertising cookies, no social media tracking pixels, and no selling data about what you look at.
Third parties
Some pages load a font from Google, which sends your IP address to Google. When you pay by card, Stripe's secure page may set its own cookies (see Stripe's cookie policy). When you search for an address, we pass what you type to Google's address service through our own server.
Your choices
You can clear stored data or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works without any cookies.
